    Inspection and Reporting Damages:

    Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item or find items missing from your order, kindly contact us immediately. This prompt communication will enable us to assess the issue efficiently and assist you with an exchange or the shipment of missing parts.

    Partial Deliveries:

    In the case of partial deliveries, where some products are missing from your order, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Provide details of your order and the missing product(s), and we will promptly ship the outstanding items. Please note that we do not accept exchange, return, or refund requests due to incomplete orders. However, if ECOERA is unable to fulfill the missing items, a refund for those specific items will be processed.

    Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy:

    Order Cancellation: Once products are dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

    Returns: Products are eligible for replacement within 48 hours of delivery in the event of damage, defect, or the delivery of an incorrect item. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91-8700458319 with an opening video showcasing the condition of the received items.

    Replacement Conditions: Replacements will be considered for unused products with a perfect box condition. Share the actual video of the product along with repackaging, highlighting any damage. Minimal to and fro shipping charges may apply based on parcel size.

    Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 5-6 working days in the same payment mode used for the purchase.

    No Returns: We do not accept general returns.
